I Dig You Card

I'm back! I'm so sorry I was gone so long! With the holidays, then the New Year, going back to school and homework; I have been very busy, but, I am back now and am ready to show you my first Valentine's card with my new Circuit  Explorer! For, Christmas, my mom got it for me and I have been uploading and buying digis from Miss Kate's Cuttables. I got this "I Dig You" digi, and made the adorable card. I love how it turned out! I took a card, and covered it in paper with little hearts on it. Then it put on some yellow paper to make the truck stand out. Lastly, I glued on the dig that I has perviously cut out and pieced/glued together.  Thanks for reading and Owl see you later!

This is the final product!

Sierra's Art Book

Sierra, my friend, came over and she is a very talented artist. She has a very tiny little notebook that she doodles in, but she needed something bigger. So I followed her exact directions and made her an Art Book exactly how she wanted it. Her exact words were "It might look weird to you, but it is so amazing to me!" And that is what crafting is all about! Here is the final product! Owl see you next time!

Intro. to Me!

Hi, I am Taylor Philpott, I am 11yrs. old and I LOVE to craft. I personally prefer actually creating something of your own, and "Serious Crafting" as I like to call it, to opening a box and putting together pieces of a small craft. My main inspirations are Pinterest, my Aunt Tina's blog, ToadallyLovetoCraft.blogspot.com, and my cousin, Kylah's blog, KangasKrafts.blogspot.com. Thank you for reading the Krafty Owl and owl see you next time!!

Christmas in July

Hi, Thanks for reading The Krafty Owl! This is an older craft but since I just got my blog, I'm going to post it now! This summer I went to Alaska to visit my and Aunt(and Uncle) , you can visit her blog at ToadallyLovetoCraft.blogspot.com. So, we were making cards for Christmas in July and I maker mine a shaker.

She made hers for her DT (design team) at the Cutting Cafe. I decided to go with a gingerbread man background and a red snowflake boarder, I filled it with red snowflake sparkles and topped it off with a red plaid bow.

        Here is the finished product.
The one on the left is mine!
